Accolades
Client Success
Our
mission is to help our clients succeed. Over the last several
years, our partnership with many clients has garnered praise and
recognition. One excellent example is related to FMP's
work with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA),
formerly the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA). For over a decade, we have supported NGA in developing and
deploying performance management systems and policies that have
helped to win the agency several awards,
including a presidential award for management excellence, the
President's Quality Award, and Workforce Magazine's Optimas
Award, which recognizes initiatives that create positive
business results.
What Clients are Saying
We take feedback from our clients very seriously. Below, we've provided a few recent examples of some of the praise we have received from three different organizations, including a large Executive department, an Office of the Inspector General (OIG), and a small independent agency.
"I thought you needed to know that you have a
very talented and dedicated team working with us and that what
they helped us pull off yesterday was truly remarkable."
"You are a great team: dedicated, adaptable, poised, patient,
and smart. [Our organization] is getting outstanding value from
its investment."
"They have been true strategic partners to me and [our
organization] and consistently exceeded my expectations in terms
of quality and timeliness. We would not have been able to
achieve our strategic restructuring of HR without them."
Employee Support Awards
FMP was recognized as one of
Washingtonian Magazine’s Great Places to Work in 2009.
We also received a CARE award (Companies As Responsive Employers) in 2010
and also recently in 2011.
FMP is also a very strong supporter of our troops at home and abroad and we was recently awarded the 2011 Patriot Award. The Patriot Award sponsored by the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and is designed to recognize employers who support a strong National Guard and Reserve force. Employers qualify for recognition when they practice leadership and personnel policies that support employee participation in the Guard and Reserve.
