GSA MOBIS

The General Services Administration (GSA) provides the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract vehicle. FMP is a Prime on Special Item Numbers (SINs) 1-4.

GSA provides Federal agencies with a streamlined procurement device to access management services -- the MOBIS contract vehicle. This schedule is a fast and effective method of contracting and covers a broad range of services. MOBIS employs established labor rates that may be used by all branches of the Federal Government, the U.S. Postal Service, the District of Columbia, and any other entity authorized to use GSA schedules for services and products. Under the GSA MOBIS Schedule 874, FMP provides solutions that help our clients manage the effectiveness of their organizations through consulting, facilitation, survey, and training services.

Consultation Services (Sin 874-1):

We provide expert advice, assistance, guidance and counseling in support of agencies' management, organizational and business improvement efforts. This includes studies, analyses and reports documenting any proposed developmental, consultative or implementation efforts. Examples of consultation include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategic and business planning
  • Workforce planning
  • Process and organizational analysis
  • Competency modeling and assessment
  • Recruiting, selection, and retention
  • Leadership development
  • Performance management
  • Change management and communication
  • Metrics and evaluations

Facilitation Services (SIN 874-2):

We provide facilitation and other decision support services. Agencies may hire us when engaging in collaboration efforts when working with ad-hoc groups or integrated teams. Agencies bringing together diverse teams and/or groups with common and divergent interests may require a neutral party to assist them in:

  • The use of problem solving techniques
  • Resolving disputes, disagreements and divergent views
  • Convening and leading large and small group briefings and discussions
  • Team building events

Survey Services (SIN 874-3):

We provide expert consultation, assistance and deliverables associated with all aspects of surveying. We can survey employees, citizens, management or other specific constituencies of any size. We can assist with and independently complete:

  • Planning survey design, survey development, and sampling
  • Administering surveys using various types of data collection methods
  • Analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data

Training Services: Instructor Led Training, Web Based Training and Education Courses, Course Development and Test Administration (SIN 874-4):

We provide customized training courses as well as off-the-shelf training either in instructor-led environments or in web-based format. We also provide additional services in support of training, including:

  • Training needs assessments
  • New employee orientations
  • Brown bags and workshops
  • Instructor-led and web-based courses
  • Training evaluation
