Process
- Contact OPM Vendor Management Branch
- Develop a Statement of Objectives
- Complete an Interagency Agreement
- OPM will select a pool of vendors to compete in a task order competition and then will select your vendor
- Define project goals at kick off meeting
- Review and approve project Management Plan with OPM
- OPM will issue task orders and monitor performance of project
