Organizational Transformation and Change
Federal agencies have a tendency to develop ambitious plans for transformation, but often neglect to focus sufficiently on managing change – and often pay the price for this oversight. FMP assists Federal agencies in effectively implementing organizational change by assessing the agency’s organizational readiness; by helping clients to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that address internal and external communications; by developing implementation plans that mitigate risk and maximize employee acceptance; and by developing and delivering necessary training and knowledge sharing tools that enable transformation.
