Process and Organizational Analysis

Today, many Federal agencies seek to take their performance to “the next level.”  This means sharpening focus on core functions and optimizing processes to produce greater value for taxpayers and other stakeholders.  FMP enables this transformation through Process and Organizational Analysis.  Our consultants work closely with agency staff to document and understand as-is processes, identify operational barriers to improved performance, and develop to-be solutions that enhance cycle time, responsiveness, and more effective service delivery. We establish operational metrics and develop a practical method for measuring performance improvement to validate the effectiveness of the new processes.  FMP has provided consulting services in this area to a wide array of Federal clients, including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and National Science Foundation.
