Training and Development

FMP has over 15 years of experience working with Federal agencies to design, develop, and deliver training and career development programs; implement training policies, processes, and technologies; and build effective training organizations.  Our experience includes technical and non-technical training courses, self-instructional courses and on-the-job training programs, as well as web-based job aids and desk references.  We have built entire curricula, as well as targeted courses.  Our capabilities in strategic human capital management enable us to integrate the training and career development function with other human capital functions so that training solutions fit with hiring strategies, career development programs, career paths, and performance expectations.
