Strategic Workforce Planning
FMP is the Federal government leader for Strategic Workforce Planning. We understand Federal HR systems, the Federal budget process, planning and accountability requirements, and other management processes of the Federal government. We complement our inside understanding of the Federal world with an array of analytical tools and methodologies for strategically analyzing workforce requirements and aligning those requirements with the vision of the Agency. We have worked with Agencies of over 100,000 employees to those with less than 50; at the Department level as well as with Bureaus, Directorates, Divisions, and Branches. Our work has been recognized by OMB and OPM as a best practice and has been a key component in larger Agency transformation efforts.
