Training and Management Assistance (TMA)

Founded in 1991, FMP is a strategic consulting firm with expertise in the delivery of strategic human capital and organizational improvement solutions to Federal agencies. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Customized Human Capital Solutions (CHCS) contract is a multiple award, task order vehicle available to all Federal agencies seeking to transform human capital in their organization. In 2006, OPM TMA executed over 500 projects across many federal agencies Federal Management Partners, Inc. (FMP), a certified Small Business, received an OPM TMA CHCS prime contract award in April 2007.

Virtually all human capital-related initiatives may be performed under the OPM TMA CHCS contract including:
