TMA

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Customized Human Capital Solutions (CHCS) contract is a multiple award, task order vehicle available to all Federal agencies seeking to transform human capital in their organization. In 2006, OPM TMA executed over 500 projects across many federal agencies Federal Management Partners, Inc. (FMP), a certified Small Business, received an OPM TMA CHCS prime contract award in April 2007.

Virtually all human capital-related initiatives may be performed under the OPM TMA CHCS contract including:

This schedule is a fast and effective method of contracting and covers a broad range of services. MOBIS employs established labor rates that may be used by all branches of the federal government, the U.S. Postal Service, the District of Columbia, and any other entity authorized to use GSA schedules for services and products.
