Human Capital Consultant
Federal Management Partners, Inc., a leading human resource and management consulting firm specializing in the Federal sector, is seeking junior level analysts and consultants.
Candidates should have an undergraduate degree, Master’s preferred, in an area of study related to human resource management, business, I/O psychology, public policy, or related field. The position requires 1-5 years experience and skills in the following areas:
- Strong analysis and problem solving
- Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
- Intermediate spreadsheet and database skills
- Research and data collection
- Report writing and preparation
- Communication skills and ability to interface with clients
Professional certification and active security clearance are a plus.
