Management Analyst

Federal Management Partners, Inc., a leading human resources and management consulting firm specializing in the Federal sector, is seeking Management Analysts to perform HR and human capital data analysis and analytical consulting services.

Candidates should have at least an undergraduate degree, Master’s preferred, in an area of study relating to data analysis or business, including: I/O psychology, Business-Information Systems, HRIS, and Industrial Engineering. In addition, candidates should posses:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Data analysis and statistical skills, modeling capabilities a plus
• Intermediate spreadsheet and database skills
• Report writing and preparation skills
• Ability to interface with clients to identify and document system requirements
• Ability to apply proven data collection methods
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, active clearance a plus
