From Washington, DC:
Take 14th Street south, across the Potomac River and into Virginia, where it becomes
Route 1. Follow signs to 395 south, toward Richmond. Take 395 for about five miles,
past the exits for Glebe Road and King Street. After the King Street exit, stay in the far
right lane when you take the Seminary Road exit. You will bear right at the stoplight,
and merge onto westbound Seminary Road. At the second light, turn left onto North
Beauregard Street. Drive less than a half mile and turn right onto Rayburn Ave. and
another immediate right into our parking lot. We are on the first floor of the first building
on your right in suite 103.
From Points North and West:
From the Capital Beltway, take the George Washington Memorial Parkway exit (on the
right), and bear right at the split. Take the Parkway south for about 13 miles past the
exits for routes 29, 50, and 66. Take the exit for 395 (on the right), and bear right at the
split. There will be a yield sign, but you keep your own lane as you merge onto 395
south, so don’t slow down. Follow the directions from 395 above.
From Points South and East:
From the south end of the Capital Beltway, take 395 north towards Washington, DC.
Drive about 8 miles until you reach the Duke Street exit (on the right). Exit at Duke
Sreet, cross eastbound Duke street, and make a left to proceed westbound on Duke.
Duke will become Little River Turnpike, and you will see a sign on the right indicating
you have entered Lincolnia. You will turn right at the next light onto North Beauregard
Street. Drive about three miles to the light at Rayburn Ave., just past a shopping center
on the left. Turn left onto Rayburn and make an immediate right into our parking lot. We
are on the first floor of the first building on your right in suite 103. |
