Andrew Concannon, Consultant
Drew
Concannon joined FMP as a consultant in 2009.
Mr. Concannon has over 5 years of experience in
project management, training, and leader
development in the Department of Defense. His
experience also includes Human Capital
Management for the United States Army’s III
Corps located at Fort Hood, Texas.
Mr. Concannon is currently developing
training, and providing process analysis in
support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence
Agency’s implementation of the Defense Civilian
Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS).
Mr. Concannon is also working with the Defense
Intelligence Agency in support of the Human
Resource Transformation and the Human Capital
Help Desk projects.
Prior to joining FMP, Mr. Concannon served in
the Military Intelligence branch of the United
States Army. Mr. Concannon served as an
Intelligence Officer in Iraq from 2006 to 2008
analyzing insurgent improvised explosive device
use, and developing plans and processes to
reduce their effectiveness. He holds a Bachelor
of Sciences degree in Law and Legal Studies with
a minor in Systems Engineering from the United
States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
