Devin Miller, Consultant
Devin M. Miller
joined Federal Management Partners in 2009 as a
Consultant. Mr. Miller’s strengths lie in
Organizational Transformation, Training
development, and Intelligence Operations. He is
currently focused on process analysis, training
development, and facilitating implementation of
the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel
System at the National Geospatial Intelligence
Agency. Additionally he is working in support of
an organizational assessment of the Defense
Intelligence Agency’s Office of Human Resources.
Prior to joining
FMP, Mr. Miller served as an Intelligence
Officer for the United States Army working as an
All Source Intelligence Officer at multiple
commands including U.S. Army Europe, V Corps,
and 2-37th Armor Battalion both in Germany and in support of Operation
Iraqi Freedom.
His service also
included service as the Chief HR officer and
Operations officer at 2-37th Armor
Battalion. Devin is a graduate of the University
of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science.
