Andrew Smallwood, Consultant

Andrew Smallwood joined Federal Management Partners in 2008 after serving over seven years in the US Army. While in the US Army, he served as an intelligence officer with overseas tours that included Germany, Italy and Afghanistan. Andrew’s experience and education lies in project management, training, and process design and engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Relations and International Relations with the University of Oklahoma. Andrew is currently working as a Project Manager in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for the implantation of the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System.
