Ashley Agerter,
Consultant
Ashley Agerter joined FMP in 2007, bringing over
three years of consulting experience in the
public and private sectors.
She has expertise in survey design,
qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and
strategic workforce planning.
Since joining FMP,
Ms. Agerter has worked with a number of clients.
Her clients have included the United States
Agency for International Development and the
Joint
Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization,
among
others.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Agerter worked
in an account management role, providing
strategic and metric-focused marketing
consultative services to private sector clients
nationwide.
Further, Ms. Agerter
has extensive research experience, conducting
studies on topics such as leadership, diversity,
and selection.
Ms. Agerter holds a B.A. in Psychology
from the College
of Saint Benedict
in St. Joseph,
MN, and a M.A. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from
George
Mason
University
in
Fairfax, VA.
