Ashley Stanoch, Consultant

Ashley Stanoch joined FMP in 2008 after finishing her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Her previous work experience includes serving as a Measurement Analyst for 3M Company where she completed projects related to the measurement, validity, and implementation of surveys and selection instruments. Additionally, she conducted biophysiological stress research with the London Metropolitan Police and provided support to the Human Performance Center at Great Lakes Naval Base related to the training and development of new recruits.

Currently, Ms. Stanoch is assisting the Navy’s Strategic Systems Programs with the design and transformation of their Human Resource organization.
