Becca Baird, Consultant
Ms. Baird joined FMP as a Consultant in 2007 bringing extensive body of knowledge of Federal Government personnel management regulations and practices. For the past 6 years she has been helping client organizations successfully manage change and become more efficient.
Prior to joining FMP, she worked as a Human Resource Specialist with the Department of Justice providing technical guidance and management advisory services in the areas of performance management, position management, staffing and placement, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. She also traveled to many offices to evaluate their human resources departments and to recommend ways to improve problem areas.
In addition to her human resource management in both the public and private sector, Ms. Baird brings experience as a Project Manager at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, were she facilitated contracts between Federal Government agencies and private contractors.
Ms. Baird holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a M.S. in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management from Johns Hopkins University.
