Ben Porr, Consultant
Ben Porr has four years of experience in the design and implementation of human resource management processes in both the Federal Government/military and private sectors. He has done extensive work in developing, administering, and analyzing tests and surveys; and has conducted multiple data collections and focus groups at client facilities. During this time, he has worked closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop, revise, and validate job analytic information, training systems, and selection and classification tests to support the overall organizational system.
Mr. Porr is currently finishing his dissertation to receive a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. He has presented research findings at various events, such as the American Psychological Association (APA) and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual conferences.
