Carolyn Kurowski, Consultant
Carolyn Kurowski joined FMP in 2001, bringing strong project management experience from Clark University and research experience from the University of Massachusetts. She earned a Master’s degree from Clark University.
Ms. Kurowski specializes in motivational and performance issues. She provides analytical and consulting services in the areas of human resource management and organizational assessment and development. She has knowledge and experience in training design, development and facilitation, and process analysis. She has worked with the National Imagery and Mapping Agency (NIMA) to design, develop, and implement a rank-in-person promotion process that received national recognition. She was also instrumental in developing and presenting a diversified supervisory training and development program for NIMA. She is currently conducting a comprehensive workforce planning study for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
