Carolyn Kurowski, Vice President

Carolyn Kurowski has 10 years of experience providing consulting services in the areas of human resource management and organizational assessment and development.  She has managed projects in the areas of workforce planning, performance management, alternative compensation systems, leadership development, career development and competency assessment.  In her role as Vice President of Defense and Intelligence Practice she is looking for ways to partner with agencies to improve the management of human resources through better processes, tailored tools, and effective training.

Ms. Kurowski and her team are currently working with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the US Agency for International Development, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Aviation Administration.
