Crystal Irish Rogall, Consultant

Crystal Irish Rogall joined FMP in 2008. Her diverse professional and academic human capital experience spans the public, private and nonprofit sectors, which allows her to integrate best practices across sector lines. She is skilled in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, strategic communications, gap analysis and action planning, consensus building, and organization-wide goal alignment.  She has expertise in organization development, change management, negotiations, global HR, and strategic planning.

Crystal holds a Masters of Business Administration from the George Washington University, with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Development. She has a proven capacity to set and achieve ambitious goals, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing exceptional client service. Her clients have included the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Federal Acquisition Institute, and the Internal Revenue Service.
