Cynthia Walters, Consultant

Ms. Walters has more than eight years of solution-focused human resources experience. Ms. Walters brings to FMP and its clients her expertise in strategic workforce planning, survey design, organizational assessment, data analysis and reporting, recruitment and retention, process analysis, and labor relations.

Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Walters worked as an independent consultant providing human resources solutions to clients in the Washington, DC area. In addition, Ms. Walters worked as a manager and generalist in the private sector, specifically in the travel industry. Ms. Walters earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Religion from The University of Virginia.

Ms. Walters is currently consulting with the U.S. Agency for International Development and the Federal Acquisition Institute.
