Cynthia Walters Arnn, Consultant

Ms. Arnn joined FMP in 2007 and has over ten years of solution-focused human resources experience as a consultant, manager and generalist.  Ms. Arnn brings to FMP and its clients her expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational analysis, change management, recruitment and retention, data analysis and reporting, and process improvement. 

Ms. Arnn’s clients have included the U.S. Agency for International Development, Navy Strategic Systems Programs, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Federal Acquisition Institute.

Ms. Arnn earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Virginia.
