Emily Johnson, Consultant

Emily Johnson joined FMP as a consultant in 2009. She has expertise in the areas of job analysis, personnel selection, testing, and data analysis. Her past consulting experiences include independent consulting for various state and local government organizations to validate selection systems, conduct job analyses, and design assessment center exercises.

Dr. Johnson earned her Ph.D. from North Carolina State University in 2009. Her research, which has been published in top-tier academic journals, addresses issues in the areas of measurement and job performance.

Since joining FMP, Dr. Johnson has supported clients including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the National Science Foundation, and Navy Strategic Systems Programs.
