Erin Baillie, Vice
President
Ms. Baillie has nine years of
diverse Human Resources Management experience,
including a proven ability to manage projects to
achieve goals and a demonstrated talent for
identifying and solving problems. As Vice
President for Consulting Operations, she is
responsible for leadership and coordination
across FMP’s consulting practices, technologies
and tools, and staffing.
Ms. Baillie also leads a team of
consultants in a variety of client engagements
in her role as managing consultant. Some of her
clients have included: the Department of
Defense, the Office of Personnel Management, the
United States Citizenship and Immigration
Services, the United States Securities and
Exchange Commission, the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development, and
the Federal Acquisition Institute.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms.
Baillie worked as an executive compensation
specialist, human resources generalist, and
employee relations specialist in the private
sector. She holds a bachelor’s degree in
political science and a master’s degree in
industrial relations.
