James McLean, Consultant
James McLean joined FMP as a consultant in 2008. Mr. McLean has over ten years of experience in project management, training design, and leader development in the DoD. He works closely with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide the information analysis, process engineering, and policy development skills critical to client success. Prior to joining FMP Mr. McLean served in the U.S. Army as an Aviation Officer.
Mr. McLean is currently working in support of an organizational assessment of the Officer Qualification and Promotion standards for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
Mr. McLean is also executing a variety of
training and evaluation tasks in support of the
National Geospatial Intelligence Agency's
implementation of the Defense Civilian
Intelligence Personnel System. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in International Political Economy with a minor in Computer Science Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy.
