Jeremy Jones, Consultant
Jeremy Jones joined FMP in
2009 after finishing his Master’s degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology at
Minnesota
State
University,
Mankato.
His previous experience includes customer
satisfaction survey analysis, and benchmarking
employee engagement.
He also worked with the United States Air
Force Office of Special Investigations to
determine the extent to which agents were
experiencing specific work related stress and
burnout.
Mr. Jones is currently
working on an attrition analysis and workforce
planning efforts for the Center for Veterinary
Medicine, as well as developing key performance
indicators for the National Archives and Records
Administration.
