Jeremy Kasle, Consultant

Jeremy Kasle joined Federal Management Partners, Inc. in 2008 upon completion of his B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University. Mr. Kasle’s senior research focused on the cross-cultural effects of American companies utilizing Western based performance appraisal systems with Chinese employees working in mainland China. Prior to joining FMP, Mr. Kasle gained a breadth of professional experience while working for a New York based hedge fund where he provided business resumption planning, as a congressional intern in the United States Congress, and as a campaign coordinator for local races in Long Island, NY.

Mr. Kasle is currently working on Workforce Planning and Staffing Solutions. Mr. Kasle is also proficient in Chinese (Mandarin).
