Jesse Erdheim, Consultant
Dr. Erdheim has over 2 years of professional
experience related to job analysis, test
development, and quantitative and qualitative
data analysis in the public sector.
Prior to joining FMP, he worked with the
Veterans Benefits Administration to develop
skill certification tests, the Department of
Defense to conduct workforce analyses of the
senior civilian leadership workforce, and the
Army Research Institute to improve its system
for classifying soldiers into different Military
Occupational Specialties and selecting
candidates into the ROTC.
In addition, he has published articles on
the linkages between personality and important
work outcomes (i.e., organizational commitment
and goal orientation) and the history of
Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology.
Dr. Erdheim is currently working with
National Science Foundation (NSF) on a workforce
planning initiative and the Army CIO to develop
career roadmaps and training and development for
the civilian IT workforce.
He received his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology
from Bowling Green State University in 2007.
