Jessica Dzieweczynski, Consultant
Jessica Dzieweczynski joined Federal Management Partners in 2008, and has experience consulting and conducting applied research for a variety of clients. Dr. Dzieweczynski specializes in the areas of job analysis, selection applications, survey design and analysis, and the study of individual differences. Her past projects have involved conducting numerous job analyses and competency-based analyses, establishing minimum qualification standards, developing assessment instruments, and designing program evaluations. She also has a great deal of experience conducting advanced statistical analyses and facilitating focus groups.
Dr. Dzieweczynski received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University in 2008. She has presented her work at conferences and has published in scholarly journals on topics including leadership, validity, and personality.
