Jessica Gertz, Consultant

Jessica Gertz began at FMP in 2008 upon completing her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Minnesota State University, Mankato. During her graduate education she worked with the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group with a work-life balance study within the United States Air Force Office of Special Investigations. She also worked at Maritz Research, Inc reviewing their Corporate Rewards and Recognition programs, conducting market research, and assisting in development of surveys. Her other applied experience includes conducting job analysis, designing selection tools, test validation, training and development, and data analysis.

Jessica is currently working on Human Resource Solutions Design and Development services at FMP.
