Jessica Goobic, Consultant
Jessica Goobic joined Federal Management Partners, Inc. in 2007. She specializes in organizational design, strategic planning, outreach and communication, leadership development, training and development, and project management. Her previous project experience has included a variety of data collection methodologies, including focus groups and structured interviews.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Goobic served as the Associate Director of the Critical Infrastructure Protection Program, where she managed approximately $36 million in research grants and contracts and served as editor of The CIP Report, a monthly electronic newsletter distributed to public, private, and academic professionals in the homeland security community. In addition to these responsibilities, she oversaw all of the human resource needs of the Program, focusing on the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation processes, as well as strategic planning initiatives.
Currently Ms. Goobic is working with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency on an organizational assessment. Jessica holds a BA in English and Secondary Education and a Master of Science in Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, both from James Madison University.
