Jessica Schudda,
Consultant
Jessica Schudda joined Federal Management
Partners in 2009.
Previously, Ms. Schudda worked on the
design and development of training programs,
including computer based programs, for several
organizations, including MillerCoors Brewing
Company and James Madison
University’s Career & Academic Planning
Center.
Her other strengths include performance
improvement/needs assessment, instructional
design, leadership development, and program
evaluation. Currently, Ms. Schudda is assisting the
National Science Foundation and the Nuclear
Regulatory Commission in conducting workload
analyses.
Jessica holds a
Master’s degree in Adult Education/Human
Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in
Psychology, both from James Madison
University in Harrisonburg, VA.
Her thesis topic focused on “The
Relationship between Exercise Levels and
Self-Leadership.”
