Justin Weis, Consultant
Justin Weis
joined FMP in 2009. Mr. Weis previously
served as a HR Analyst with Serco, Inc.,
formerly SI International.
He played an integral role in structuring
and auditing a number of data models within the
entity’s Human Resources Information System.
Moreover, he interpreted operational data
and framed same for presentation in various
forms (e.g. standard and
ad hoc reports, summaries and system queries, etc.) to senior level
executives.
Mr. Weis has
also served as the primary benefits specialist
and point of contact for corporate sites
throughout the
United States.
In so doing, he has administered a wide
range of corporate benefit programs, including
tuition assistance, employee assistance,
commuter benefits, COBRA, health/dental/life and
medical/dependent care.
He has developed and presented Human
Resources materials for several federal agencies
such as the Department of Justice, Federal
Communication Commission, Office of Comptroller
of Currency and the Missile Defense Agency.
He has also been instrumental in
developing and implementing on-line benefits
transaction/enrollment applications.
Mr. Weis is a
graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, where he obtained a bachelor’s
degree in Religious/Philosophical studies.
While attending HSC, he was selected and
successfully completed the Society of ’91
Leadership Program.
Mr. Weis is
currently assisting the Transportation Security
Administration with the hiring and staffing of
their Human Resources organization.
