Kelly Cano, Consultant

Ms. Cano joined FMP in 2005 after graduating from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies.  Her academic background and training in research study design, data collection, and statistical analysis, as well as her technical competence and attention to detail have made her a valuable resource for FMP project support.  Ms. Cano analyzes qualitative and quantitative data with a variety of computer systems, develops written, oral, and graphical presentations, and conducts client interviews.  Since joining FMP, Ms. Cano has assisted the Internal Revenue Service in data collection and analysis for a strategic workforce plan that offers a competency based approach for identifying workforce supply, demand, and gap analyses. She is currently coordinating with the Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Organization employees to collect interview data for the performance of an Organizational assessment for the Technical Operations Training Group.
