Ken Holecko, Consultant

Ken specializes in human resources strategy, talent development, and performance management.  For over ten years as an executive, Ken lead human resources in the General Services Administration and the Department of Justice.  At Justice he played a key role in the reform of compensation for law enforcement professionals throughout the federal government.  As an executive in the Justice Department, he also lead acquisition, construction and property management services.   

Ken is President of the Federal Section of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources, where he previously served as a member of the Section’s Board of Directors and Co-chair of its Education Committee.  Ken holds a BA with honors from the University of Pittsburgh and a Juris Doctor with honors from George Washington University.  As a senior consultant, he has had engagements on skills development with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, performance management with NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and the Department of the Army and Human Capital metrics with Citizenship and Immigrations Services in the Department of Homeland Security.
