Lillian Thomas,
Consultant
Lillian Thomas
joined Federal Management Partners as a
Consultant in 2009, bringing a variety of
experience from both the public and private
sectors.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Thomas worked
as a Human Resource Specialist Trainee with the
National Institutes of Health (NIH) where she
conducted applied research for both the
Strategic Programs Division and the HR
Analytics group.
Lillian has also assisted in the
development and analysis of large scale
work/life surveys with the Army Research
Institute (ARI).
Lillian holds a
M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology
from
George Mason University.
She specializes in Federal selection
processes (recruitment,
staffing, classification, and compensation),
marketing research and organizational
development, HR analytics, and survey
design and analysis.
In
addition, Ms. Thomas is experienced at
facilitating focus groups, conducting exit
interviews, and evaluating behavioral
assessments.
