Lisa Clark, Consultant
Ms. Clark has significant experience in designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating human capital programs; recruitment, training, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, and benefits and compensation.
Currently, Ms. Clark is supporting U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service’s strategic human capital initiative by helping to create a web-based recruiting toolkit.
Prior to joining Federal Management Partners, Ms. Clark held various human resources and management positions in the financial, healthcare, government, management consulting, professional services, and retail industries.
Ms. Clark holds a Masters of Science degree in Applied (Industrial/Organizational) Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. She has earned the Professional in Human Resources certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
