Lisa Sper, Consultant
Ms. Lisa Sper joined FMP in 2003 after more than ten years of diverse experience in the private sector as a human resources analyst, consultant and generalist. Ms. Sper’s recent consulting engagements have included strategic workforce planning, developing staffing models, evaluating competency-based management systems, and developing performance management systems.
Ms. Sper brings to FMP and its clients a broad base of experience in the private sector, specifically in the professional services industry. In addition to her experience as a front-line human resources practitioner, Ms. Sper has performed workforce analyses, developed and implemented HR programs, designed and delivered training sessions, and facilitated working groups.
Ms. Sper earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
