Maggie Moore, Consultant
Ms. Moore has over 4 years of experience in consulting and human capital management. She has experience in performance management, training design and delivery, survey design, recruitment/staffing, internship programs, and executive/leadership development. She earned a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and has published articles on a variety of topics, including: work/life balance, multi-generational workforce issues, leadership, and diversity training. Ms. Moore’s current engagements include assisting the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with design and development of enterprise training processes and assisting the National Science Foundation with development and implementation of a Workforce Recruitment and Planning System.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Moore was a Research Associate for HumanR, Inc where she provided analytic support on survey, training, performance management, 360-degree feedback, and executive development projects. She helped to design and facilitate training courses on topics such as customer service, managing and motivating employees, and situational leadership. She managed an exit interview initiative for a large technology company and conducted statistical analyses for a number of employee opinion, satisfaction, pulse, and benefits surveys. Ms. Moore has also served as a HR Content Researcher for the Society for Human Resource Management and as Human Resources Specialist for Gucci America in New York.
