Nicki Pearce, Consultant

Nicki Pearce joined FMP in 2007 after completing her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Organizational Behavior from The George Washington University. Ms. Pearce brings to FMP over 8 years of service in the military and human resource knowledge and experience in change management, performance management, training, and leadership development.

Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Pearce most recently worked at the U.S. Naval Academy as director for recruiting for the northeastern United States and as a project manager for the implementation of their Electronic Admissions Process which became the model for other service academies. Ms. Pearce is currently working in support of an organizational assessment for the U.S. Agency for International Development Bureau for Management. Ms. Pearce also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
