Nicole Benn, Consultant
Nicole Benn has six years of experience in the design and implementation of assessment processes, conducting job analysis and competency modeling, conducting return on investment studies, program evaluation and instructional design in the Federal Government, military, academic, and private sectors. She has extensive experience in developing, administering, and analyzing surveys and assessments; collecting data and conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis; working with stakeholders and SMEs; developing and implementing evaluation models; and identifying best training practices and developing training tools.
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Benn has worked for the federal government, local government, and in the private sector through private consulting and research grants. Ms. Benn holds a M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is currently finishing her dissertation to receive a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University. As such, she has had extensive training in the principles and theories of I/O Psychology as well as in research and statistical methodologies. She has presented research findings at various events, such as the American Educational Research Association (AERA), American Evaluation Association (AEA) and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual conferences.
