Nicole Benn, Consultant
Nicole Benn has more than eight years of experience in strategic
human capital planning, organizational
effectiveness, and human resource solutions in
the Federal, military, academic, and private
sectors.
She has extensive experience effectively
managing projects for a variety of clients and
delivering innovative, quality products designed
to meet each client’s specialized needs.
Ms. Benn has expertise in areas such as

Design and implementation of assessment tools and processes
including the development of customized online
assessment tools, conducting ob analyses and
competency modeling

HR and Organizational analysis and transformation including
communication and change management activities
·
Workforce analysis and planning, succession planning
·
Developing and implanting metrics and conducting return on
investment studies

Training, instructional design, and program evaluation
·
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis

Employee engagement and satisfaction
Prior to joining FMP, Ms. Benn has worked for the federal
government, local government, and in the private
sector through private consulting and research
grants. Ms. Benn has had extensive training in
the principles and theories of I/O Psychology as
well as in research and statistical
methodologies. She has presented research
findings at National conferences, such as the
American Educational Research Association
(AERA), American Evaluation Association (AEA)
and the Society for Industrial and
Organizational Psychology (SIOP) annual
conferences, as well as at smaller venues.
