Phan Ton, Consultant

Phan K. Ton joined Federal Management Partners in 2008 as a Consultant. Prior to joining FMP, she served as an Engineering Officer for the United States Army and worked as a Geospatial Engineer in support of Iraqi Military and Civilian Reconstruction efforts in two combat deployments to Iraq between 2004 and 2007. Her service also included two years of Human Resource experience with work in the US Army Forces Command's Total Army Transformation Initiative for Headquarters, III Corps. Phan is currently a US Army Reserve Engineering officer with her experience and education lying in the fields of language, project management, Geospatial Engineering, and training. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese with a Minor in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis and is now serving as a trainer/facilitator for the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System implementation at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
