Sandra Becker, Ed.D., Consultant
Dr. Becker is an Independent Consultant who works in partnership with FMP. She is an experienced facilitator, consultant and coach who has spent almost 20 years working with individuals, teams, and organizations to improve performance. Prior to starting her own leadership coaching and consulting practice, she held various leadership and project management positions in the areas of training, leadership and organization development.
She draws on her experience as a manager, her training and education in performance improvement and organizational development, and her skills in a leadership coaching. Ms. Becker has also been the Manager of Performance Improvement at the American Red Cross, where she led the creation of an internal consulting function committed to improving individual, team and organizational performance.
She completed her doctoral studies at George Washington University. Her dissertation research was on coaching and transformative learning. In addition, Sandy received her Bachelors degree Business Administration from the University of Delaware and her Masters degree in Human Resource Development from Marymount University.
Sandy holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from George Washington University. She holds certifications from ODR, Inc. regarding Managing Organizational Change and in leading individual and organizational transition from William Bridges, Inc. She is also a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
