Sean Wilson joined FMP in 2009. His strengths
include leader development, process improvement,
personnel security, and airspace management. He
is currently working with the National
Geospatial-Intelligence Agency developing and
delivering training, analytical products, and
communications materials in support of the
Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System
(DCIPS) implementation. Mr. Wilson is also
assisting the Defense Intelligence Agency’s
Human Resource Transformation and help desk
initiatives.
Mr. Wilson previously served as an Air
Traffic Control Officer in the U.S. Marine
Corps. During his time in the Marines he
deployed to Afghanistan, where he led air
traffic control and unmanned aircraft system
operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Government from Harvard University.
