Stacy Cook, Consultant
Stacy Cook joined Federal Management Partners
in 2008 after completing a tour with the DoD
Task Force for Business and Stability Operations
in Iraq. Stationed in Baghdad, Ms. Cook led a
mix of government and contractor teams in a
full-spectrum of operations and analysis
activities designed to revitalize the economy of
Iraq. Since joining FMP, Ms. Cook has
specialized in analyzing, developing,
delivering, and evaluating customized training
programs aligned with organizational development
and change management initiatives. Currently,
Ms. Cook is supporting the National Geospatial
Intelligence Agency in the ongoing
implementation and evaluation of the Defense
Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS).
Ms. Cook holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Political Science,
International Studies, and Russian Language and
Literature from the University of Wisconsin. She
is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in
Cognitive Studies from the Teachers College of
Columbia University in New York City.
