Tara Carpenter, Ph.D.,
Vice President
Dr. Carpenter has ten years of professional and
educational experience in strategic human
capital planning, human resource management, and
organizational effectiveness, including a proven
ability to manage projects and people to help
organizations achieve their goals.
As vice president for human capital, Dr.
Carpenter has responsibility
for leading the development and execution
of FMP's internal human capital goals and
strategies, processes and tools. She
also leads a team of consultants in her role as
managing consultant, using her leadership and
technical skills to improve employee and
organizational functioning in federal agencies.
Her Ph.D. in industrial and
organizational psychology is from George Mason
University.
