Contract Description

For 25 years, TMA has helped more than 100 Government agencies solve training and strategic human capital requirements. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Customized Human Capital Solutions (CHCS) contract is a multiple award, task order vehicle available to all Federal agencies seeking to transform human capital in their organization. TMA offers custom solutions in two key service areas: Customized Training/Learning Solutions and Human Capital Solutions. FMP holds the Human Capital contract as a prime vendor.

  • Develop a Statement of Objectives
  • Complete an Interagency Agreement
  • OPM will select a pool of vendors to compete in a task order competition
  • OPM will select your vendor from the respondees
  • Define project goals at kick off meeting
  • Review and approve project Management Plan with OPM
  • OPM will issue task orders and monitor performance of project
