Ms. Kurowski is a Managing Partner at Federal Management Partners, Inc. She has 17 years of experience leading projects and providing consulting services in the area of organizational effectiveness and human resource management. She is currently working with a number of clients to improve their people, processes, and systems. Ms. Kurowski is extremely skilled at applying her expertise to organizational issues and problems and assisting her clients through information analysis, process engineering, and solution development. Her experiences include working with cross-functional teams and internal working groups to identify and prioritize issues, develop and redesign processes, and establish criteria and standards. Ms. Kurowski has a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Clark University.
Ms. Kurowski has considerable experience as a project manager and technical expert in the human capital domain with expertise related to: 1) strategic/workforce planning; 2) organizational development and transformation; 3) performance management; 4) HR program support; and 5) HR systems development and integration. Ms. Kurowski has worked with diverse teams and complex projects to design project approaches and management plans for dozens of human capital projects for Federal clients over the past 17 years. She has expertise managing large, fast-paced, and complex projects to support the human resources management goals of Federal clients and has successfully managed many of these projects in parallel. Ms. Kurowski has served as a mentor and resource to more junior project managers to help them hone their skills and has actively worked to expand FMP’s capabilities and offerings related to human capital projects.
