Lauren Wright is an award-winning human capital management leader and executive with more than 30 years of experience in the Federal Government, including 11 years in the Senior Executive Service and in four different executive branch agencies. Recently retired from the position of Assistant Director, Management and Operations at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), she served as the Chief Human Capital Officer. In this role, Lauren managed all internal operations and oversaw critical agency functions including Human Resources, Support Services, Information Management, Information Technology, and Budget and Financial Management.
In 2008, Lauren was awarded a Meritorious Presidential Rank Award for her accomplishments at OMB. Lauren holds a B.S. in Business Management and Human Resources from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
